Account Deletion – Cosmic Games

In-App Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account is from the app itself:

• Open Cosmic Games on your device.
• Open the side drawer and tap Profile.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• Re-authenticate when prompted.
• Confirm the deletion.

After you confirm, there is a 7-day grace period during which you can sign back in to cancel the deletion. After the grace period expires, your account and personal data are permanently removed.

Deletion by Email

If you cannot open the app, email support@cosmicslime.app with:

• Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• The email address tied to your account, OR your Cosmic Games display name + a unique recent gameplay event we can use to verify.
• An explicit sentence requesting deletion (e.g. "Please delete my Cosmic Games account.").

We will reply within 7 business days to confirm receipt and schedule deletion under the same 7-day grace period as in-app deletions.

What Gets Deleted

When deletion finalizes, the following are permanently removed from our systems:

• Authentication record (Firebase Auth user).
• Display name, avatar (uploaded image and Storage object).
• Gem balance, owned cosmetics, daily-task progress.
• VIP status (active subscriptions must still be cancelled separately via Google Play).
• Leaderboard entries linked to your user ID.
• Chat messages you sent in the lobby.

What May Be Retained

• Records required to comply with legal, tax, or audit obligations.
• Records needed for fraud and abuse prevention.
• Aggregated or fully anonymized data that cannot identify you.

Cancelling Subscriptions

Deleting your Cosmic Games account does not automatically cancel a paid Google Play subscription. Cancel any active VIP Pass subscription separately via Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions before you delete your account.
