• Chat messages sent in the in-game lobby (visible to other players).
• Support communications when you email us for help.
• Technical information — device model, OS version, app version, IP-derived approximate location, crash reports.

How We Use Your Information

• Operate the Service: leaderboards, lobby chat, gem economy, shop purchases.
• Personalize the experience (e.g. remember your settings, owned cosmetics, VIP status).
• Respond to support requests and send important account notices.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal data.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following third parties to function:

• Google Firebase — Authentication, Realtime Database (leaderboards, chat), Storage (avatar uploads), and Hosting for this website. Subject to Firebase's privacy terms.
• Google Play Billing — processes optional subscriptions (VIP) and one-time purchases. Payment details are handled by Google; we never see your card number.
• Google Sign-In — optional sign-in via your Google account.

Data Storage and Security

We store your data on Google Firebase (project remmzyx-cosmic-slime, region europe-west1). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Firebase. We use access controls and operational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time — see our Account Deletion page for the in-app and email-based options. We may retain limited information where required by law or for fraud prevention.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights
