Getting Started

Cosmic Games is available on Google Play for Android. iOS is on the roadmap. See the Download button in the header.

No. Most games work fully offline without an account. Sign-in is only required to submit scores to the global leaderboards, use chat, and purchase gems.

Open the app, tap the Sign In button in the top right of the home screen. You can sign in with Google or email + password.

Gems, Shop & VIP

Play any game, complete daily tasks from the Shop, or catch gems falling in Cosmic Gem Catch (+1 gem per pickup).

All purchases go through Google Play Billing. You'll see Play's standard confirm-and-pay sheet. We never see your card details.

Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cosmic Games → Cancel. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Leaderboards & Online

Make sure you're signed in (top-right avatar icon). Pull down on the Online screen to refresh. If it still doesn't appear, check that you're on the latest app version.

Long-press the message in the lobby chat and tap Report. We review reports manually.

Yes. Profile → tap your display name → enter a new one → Save. Changes appear on the leaderboard within a minute.

Privacy & Account

In the app: Profile → Delete account. You have 7 days to undo. Or email support@cosmicslime.app. Full details on the Account Deletion page.

Account email, display name, scores, gem balance, chat messages, plus basic technical info (device, OS, crash reports). See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Google Firebase (project remmzyx-cosmic-slime, region europe-west1). Encrypted in transit and at rest.

Troubleshooting

Try clearing the app cache: Settings → Apps → Cosmic Games → Storage → Clear cache. If it persists, reinstall. Email support with your device model + Android version.

Reset your password via "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. If you used Google sign-in, confirm you're using the same Google account on this device.

Turn on "Reduce motion" in the Settings drawer. That disables heavy animations. Older devices may also benefit from closing other background apps.
