Terms of Use – Cosmic Games

Introduction

Cosmic Games provides arcade-style games, online leaderboards, an in-game lobby chat, and an optional virtual gem economy. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Registration

Some features — leaderboard submissions, lobby chat, gem purchases — require an account.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Contact support@cosmicslime.app if your account is compromised.

Use of the Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs to inflate scores, or otherwise manipulate leaderboards.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players via chat or otherwise.
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content in chat.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Use bots, automation, or modified clients to interact with the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service.

Virtual Gems and In-App Purchases

The Service includes a virtual currency ("gems") that you can earn through gameplay or purchase via Google Play Billing. Gems have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by law or platform store policy.

The VIP Pass subscription, where available, auto-renews until cancelled. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Google Play account settings. Gems and cosmetics granted via VIP remain in your account if your subscription lapses, but recurring benefits (e.g. monthly gem grants) stop.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (chat messages, display name, uploaded avatar). By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and process that content as necessary to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

No Medical or Professional Advice

The Service is a game and is intended for entertainment only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Cosmic Games or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Account Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. See Account Deletion for the process of removing your data.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Local consumer protection laws that grant additional rights are not affected.
